Esquire Navy SEAL Article Wrongly Claims Health Care Was Denied: Stars And Stripes Report

Esquire's interview with the Navy SEAL who shot and killed Osama bin Laden is under fire for a questionable segment surrounding the military service member's health care.

Writer Phil Bronstein's piece, published Monday and entitled "The Man Who Killed Osama bin Laden ... Is Screwed" details some of the hardships experienced by the Navy SEAL since his September 2012 exit from the military. Among the claims put forth by the magazine -- a loss of benefits due to his decision to leave prior to 20 years of service.
