As Oprah and Pastor Joel Osteen conclude an episode of "Oprah's Lifeclass," Pastor Joel advises the audience on negativity, telling them, "Don't ever say anything negative about yourself."
Osteen believes that the words you speak can become your destiny. "[Negative thoughts] may come to your mind," he says in this clip, "but don't give your words life by speaking them out."
Oprah points out that it takes time and practice to break the habit of "feeding the negative tapes to yourself."
