Palmer House Shooting Victim Among The At Least 14 Injured, 2 Fatally, During Weekend Violence Jan 20th 2013, 20:07 A man shot at a party on the 22nd floor of Chicago's historic Palmer House was among the at least 14 wounded, 2 fatally, in weekend violence. The 25-year-old man was shot in the 17 E. Monroe St. hotel around 2:15 a.m., reports DNAinfo Chicago. He sufferd a bullet wound to the leg and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. The Tribune reported police had no one in custody, and that the man was "not cooperating fully" with law enforcement.
