More Palmer Park Apts Set To Come Online In Feb, April Jan 16th 2013, 14:05 Renovation work on a handful of apartment buildings in Palmer Park is set to wrap up in the next few months. The first in line for completion is the Sarasota Apartments, 325 Merton, in February. The four-story building exemplifies the Art Deco architecture for which Palmer Park's apartments are famous. It had been vacant for years, falling into disrepair before renovations began last spring. Next in line are the Seville Apartments and Palmer Lodge. Both are set to come online in April. Read More...
