Hillary Clinton Campaign Debt From 2008 Retired Jan 23rd 2013, 03:38 WASHINGTON -- Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has paid off the outstanding debt from her 2008 presidential campaign. Campaign finance reports filed Tuesday show Clinton's campaign made payments of $73,000 on Dec. 31 to a consulting firm run by former adviser and pollster Mark Penn.
