Josh Brolin Arrested For Public Intoxication On New Year's Day Jan 5th 2013, 20:08 Sounds like someone rang in the new year a bit too hard. Josh Brolin was arrested for public intoxication just before midnight on Jan. 1 in Santa Monica, Calif., TMZ reports. According to law enforcement sources, Brolin was booked into jail at 3:02 a.m. and then released at 7:14 a.m. on Jan. 2. The 44-year-old actor, who is married to Diane Lane, paid the $250 bail and will not have to go to court since he was not given a citation for the arrest. Read More... More on Movies
