Feeling the holiday stress? A sniff of the calming scents of lavender and chocolate could be helpful, but, of course, we think taking a trip is always the ticket.

To get the most out of a relaxation-centric trip, follow a few travel detox tips like spending a little extra money for a day pass to the airport lounge, or getting the extra-legroom seat to name a few. And, make sure to try to snag a first-class seat for an economy price.
